Framework Contract for Studies providing scientific advice in support of the Common Fisheries Policy in EU waters excluding the Med & Black Sea in 2 lots. Lot 2: Scientific advice in support of CFP in Atlantic EU western waters & EU outermost regions

This is a framework contract for studies providing scientific advice in support of the implementation of the Common Fisheries Policy (CFP) in the Atlantic EU western waters and the EU outermost regions. MRAG Europe leads a consortium of European Institutions. The general objective is to provide the European Commission with a flexible tool to request specific and timely scientific advice for fisheries management or other specific services needed, for the provision of the advice in support the CFP in the EU waters including transversal issues, but excluding specific issues in the Mediterranean and the Black Sea which are covered by another framework. EASME and DGMARE as the client issue requests for services (Specific Contracts) which are implemented by the Consortium under the umbrella of the framework.
