Established in 2016, MRAG Europe was set up to compliment the regional basis of the rest of the MRAG family which includes, MRAG Americas, MRAG Asia Pacific and MRAG Ltd. We have the capability to service an extensive range of aquatic resource management needs, ranging from small-scale, short term inputs to major, multi-year, international resource management initiatives.
MRAG Europe has been providing services to a number of European institutions, including the European Commission, the European Climate, Infrastructure and Environment Executive Agency (CINEA), the European Environment Agency (EEA), the European Parliament (EP) as well as national government agencies, regional fisheries bodies, private companies and civil society/NGOs. MRAG Europe has played a leading role in providing scientific advice and policy evaluation in support of the Common Fisheries Policy through multiple European Commission framework contracts. Our experience also includes the interests of Europe overseas, including EU Outermost Regions, through management of aid and development projects and services to the EU distant water fleets.
